Step 1: install  Google Files on your mobilephone.

Step 2: click  on the menu symbol at the top  corner in that  application.

Step 3: click  on "Settings" and turn on the paddle switch  in front of "show hidden files" which is hidden.

Step 4: tap on File manager of your mobile
  (Now follow this steps)
Step 5: Internal storage>WhatsApp>Media>Status.

Step 6: whichever status you have seen in your whatsapp you can see file, click on the needed  pic or video files.

Step 7: Long press on the needed file (it may be vidio or photos )and download to your mobile and   save on your file which you have made in your device ex:file name camera,screenshot anything it could be)

Download this app on your mobile just view your status and download the status as simple as iam  saying.

Its very simple.just ask who had uploaded status with respect

If they have they will definitely send you back  a vidios or photos which you need
